Grinnell native Misty Moline launched Prairie Harbor Staffing LLC on her beliefs that full-service employee retention can support and serve employees, their supervisors, and management.

Prairie Harbor Staffing provides responsive service and tailored candidate sourcing at price points that benefit the bottom line. It’s a boutique experience without the bougie price tag.

We commit to doing staffing a different way, a better way. We help our clients control costs and operate in true collaboration with our local clients onsite in Central Iowa.
